Profile:


  • Completed secondary education
  • Over 3 years of previous experience in the banking sector
  • Experience in firstline support technical support in Banking/Financial Market
  • Proficiency in the English language (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of Windows password unlocking
  • Proficiency in the use of Windows and AS400 information systems (mandatory requirement)
  • Knowledge of Bitlocker
  • Availability to work from 8am to 7pm in Lisbon
