We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and motivated Team Manager, to join our Deployment Service team As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing, leading, rewarding and helping your team to grow and achieve project goals, aligned with Critical Manufacturing's values.
What you'll do:
- Oversee daytoday teams' operation and performance
- Responsible for keeping the team streamlined and motivated
- Responsible for managing people, motivating, and defining career growth plans
- Monitor team performance and report on KPI ́s
- Able to strategically plan the growth of team, which includes participate in the hiring process
- Ensure that the implementation methodology is followed (Scrum project implementations)
- Be the first level of escalation for Critical Manufacturing's customers
- Help Project Managers to elaborate viable plans to meet customers' needs
- Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere
Requirements:
What you must have:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Team Manager, Team Leader, or similar role
- Experience working with performance metrics, namely KPI ́s or OKR ́s
- Excellent leadership skills
- Good negotiation skills and be customer service oriented
- Ability to create, develop and maintain relationships with different stakeholders
- Ability to be an active listener
- Good critical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Good timemanagement skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player skills
- Knowledge of Project Management's tools and best practices
- Excellent English skills spoken and written
What we consider a plus (not mandatory):
- Degree in management or training in team leading
- Fair knowledge of MES basics
