German speakers Talentfor our prestigious client in Lisbon.


Position :
_German Customer Delight - Social Media M/F/X - Remote in Portugal_


-> Description:

American online social media and social networking service company launched on February 4, 2004.


-> Responsabilities:


  • You will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the onlineand digital advertising domain;
  • Provide pre and postsales support for all selfservice products;
  • Provide product and tool support to improve clients' experience;
  • Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients;
  • Providing vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering.

-> Profile:


  • Fluent in German (C1 minimum);
  • Fluent in English minimum C1 is mandatory;
  • Great listening and communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Experience in Social Media;
  • Aptitude for problemsolving;
  • Dynamism and team spirit;
  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).

Valid Work permit in Portugal or EU Citizen (mandatory);


Offer:

Starting date : 26/06/2023_

  • Contract : 1 year renewal 2 times. After permanent contract possibl
  • Initial training during 15 working days
  • Work schedule : 8h/day from Monday to Sunday between 6am to 10pm with 2 days off per week, rotating shif
