ROLE:


Partnership Development:

  • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Collaborate with potential partners to create mutually beneficial relationships and explore comarketing opportunities.

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute various events, including but not limited to trade shows, sponsorships, and industry conferences.
  • Manage event logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, and postevent evaluations.

Relationship Management:

  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and maximizing partnership value.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to align strategies and execute joint initiatives.

Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze the performance of partnerships and events, providing insights to optimize outcomes and ROI.
  • Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of partnership activities and events.

Innovative Initiatives:

  • Explore innovative partnership opportunities and event concepts to expand brand visibility and market reach.
  • Initiate creative collaborations and unique event concepts to enhance brand positioning and engagement.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to integrate partnership and event strategies into overall marketing plans.
  • Communicate effectively with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in partnership management, event planning, or a similar role within the marketing sphere.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to foster productive partnerships and manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to measure and analyze partnership performance and event success.
  • Proficiency in event management tools, CRM systems, and relevant software is advantageous.
