The Digital Customer Channels unit of EDP Client Solutions (EDP Comercial) is looking for a Digital Strategy Manager to join their team.


Job description:

In our Digital Customer Channels unit you will have the opportunity to shape the digital strategy of EDP Client Solutions and work in high impact projects for EDP's digital customer channels across Europe:

  • Support defining EDP digital channels ambition, strategy and business priorities across our entire portfolio in both B2C and B2B
  • including Energy, Solar DG and e-Mobility, amongst other energy efficiency products;
  • Participate in relevant projects of the digital team, from strategy challenge & design to implementation & execution monitoring being both a true team player and though partner able to challenge the status quo;
  • Work alongside other EDP CS departments to design and accelerate crossteam strategic priorities, including articulation with different channels, segments, and geos;
  • Contribute to a distinctive value proposition, maximizing results and improving customer experience;
  • Support the selection and setup of the desired tech tools and help improve our governance to maximize results while sustaining a futureproof and efficient organization.

What kind of profile are we looking for?

  • Outstanding academic performance in Bachelor's degree (prebologna) or Master's degree in Management, Engineering or another area provided you have relevant experience for the function;
  • Minimum of 56 years of working experience, with exposure to multidisciplinary project teams, preferably in consulting and/or corporate strategy functions;
  • Experience in digital transformation / digital channels is valued but not mandatory;
  • Portuguese and English, spoken and written (mandatory); Spanish (valued);
  • Good problemsolving skills, critical and constructive thinking;
  • Analytical skills and structured though process, willingness to challenge the status quo and to propose creative solutions;
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills, team workoriented;
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ability to mobilize multifunctional teams towards change.
