Our client has more than 40 years of experience in connecting brands to customers and has become the most trusted provider of outsourcing and is currently recruiting for an interpreter position.


Main Missions:


  • To interpret between Ukrainian and English while upholding the correct rules for grammar in both languages;
  • Provide strict renditions of the messages including every detail of the conversation;
  • Follow instructions of Customers, manage the flow of the call;
  • Understand protocol and terminology at the customer service level in the following fields: Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Financial, Utilities, Travel & Hospitality, Emergency, Law Enforcement, Court, and General Business.

Profile:


  • Experience in Customer Support;
  • C2 Level of Ukrainian;
  • C2 level of English;
  • High communication skills;

Job specifics:

  • 100% remote.
  • Schedule: Monday to Sunday.
  • Rotating shift pattern between 7:00 and 22:00.
  • Private health insurance.
