Are you a Dutch speaker living in Porto? Are you looking for a backoffice role in the banking sector? If so, we have an amazing opportunity for you

Your day to day:

Support the client in technical and nontechnical issues related to the service.
Logging of all requests/changes indicated by the client.

Who we are looking for:

Spoken and written Dutch at a C1 or advanced level (mandatory);
Spoken and written English at a B1 or intermediate level (mandatory);
Time managementskills and the ability to meet objectives;
Previous experience in backoffice roles or banking is a plus, but if you are willing to learn we're happy to provide training
