MS Dynamics Analyst

Perfil:

We are looking for D365 customer Engagement Functional Consultant to integrate a project in Lisbon.

Should have 4+ years of Experience;
Hands on experience in MS Dynamics Dynamics 365;
Customer Engagement Apps;
Should have implemented (end to end) at least 3 Dynamics 365 Customer Engagements;
Should have involved in solution design (At least 3 projects);
Proven experience in working in collaboration with other Microsoft Dynamics products and the Power Platform;
Experience in fit gap analysis;
Good client facing skills;
Provide guidance to the team and resolve functional issues and questions;
Leading and mentoring team members;
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant (MB200 + MB210);
Additional certifications are an advantage e.g. (MB220, MB230).
