You will redefine guests' experience and drive success in the world of travel by helping them to find the perfect stay, providing travel advice and offering them a solution adapted to their needs.

You also will play a crucial role in converting calls into reservations using positive sales and marketing techniques.

We are looking for someone with a Spanish native level, fluent level in English (C1/C2) and a genuine love for creating unforgettable experiences for guests.

Your future team needs you to be available 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, from Monday to Sunday at Parque das Nações, Lisbon.
