The Offer:
- Defining strategies and presenting product plans to stakeholders;
- Define product features accordingly to the clients needs;
- Being responsible for the development process;
- Be the main point of contact between the dev team and stakeholders;
- Assist the web development team to meet the objectives and deadlines;
- Adjust and improve each interactions of the project before release;
- Identifying areas of improvement;
- Keeping clients and stakeholders informed of the status of the product;
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in French and fluency in English;
- Experience in customer support and working with a CRM is a plus;
- Genuine care giver. Able to multitask, proactive and good with time management;
