About the job
Positions in this sub-family are responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and timely with correct withholding and deductions

Payroll Officer responsibilities include calculating employees' compensation, updating our internal payroll databases and ensuring timely payments


Your Main Activities Are
Calculating overtime; shift payments; sales commissions and bonuses

Accounting, distributing and preparing taxes and deductions

Mantaining payroll records

Preparing and distributing pay information to employees

Answering questions from HR transversal professionals regarding payroll matters by also providing clear understanding on processes and applicable governance

Ensure the good technical knowledge of the Payroll and Time Management tools (uMan & PI)


Profile and Skills to Success
Bachelor Degree in HR; Economics; Management

At least 2 years of relevant experience HR Payroll; Data Analysis

Advanced (B1-B2)

Ability to collaborate / Teamwork

Decision Making

Personal Impact / Ability to influence

Attention to detail / rigor

Creativity & Innovation / Problem solving

Ability to deliver/Results

Ability to understand, explain and support
