- Supervisão do posicionamento dos hotéis nos canais online, e trabalhar próximo do marketing e Revenue para garantir o posicionamento do hotel;
- Monitorização de resultados e análise de rentabilidade por canal e por unidade;
- Comunicação com os parceiros numa base regular com vista a garantir o correto funcionamento das ligações entre Channel Manager e os diferentes parceiros;
- Estudo das tendências da distribuição e vendas online;
- Monitorização do Channel Manager;
- Gestão e operacionalização das várias extranets;
- Resolução de imparidades de preços;
- Criação de ligações em GDS e no Channel Manager;
- Mapeamentos no PMS;
- Gestão do Motor de Reservas e criação de campanhas/promo codes;
- Inserção de Reservas em PMS.
- Experiência profissional em funções similares;
- Formação compatível com a função;
- Elevado sentido de responsabilidade, rigor e organização;
- Capacidade e orientação para objetivos e resultados;
- Elevada capacidade de antecipação de problemas;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e relação interpessoal;
- Forte capacidade de gestão de stress;
- Atitude proativa e polivalente;
- Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa;
- Fluência na língua de origem e inglês. Outras línguas serão valorizadas;
- Microsoft Office na ótica do utilizador (nomeadamente conhecimentos de Excel).
- Preferência de conhecimento por sistemas como HOST PMS, D-Edge Channel Manager.
- Integração em grupo hoteleiro sólido e em franca expansão;
