We are looking for a motivated and talented
DevOps Manager to join our Engineering team in Porto.

What you will do

Reporting to the CTO your role involves defining our deployment and cloud strategy, along with leading the team tasked with bringing that vision to fruition.

Specifically your role will be to:

• Construct a robust CI/CD pipeline for all our products, embedding security best practices and check points
• Risk management, impediments resolution, reporting and any other project management activity
• Take ownership of deployment metrics, business KPIs and maintenance aspects
• Liaise with and facilitating communication with international stakeholders
• Be responsible for the personal development, inspiration, motivation and mentorship of the team members, fostering a selforganizing spirit within the team

Tech profile

• You have a proven understanding of PDLC and SDLC
• Experience of working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban or Lean) and standard Agile engineering practices (BDD, TDD, CI, peer reviews, refactoring)
• Solid experience with CI and/or CD (GitHub, Gitlab, Jenkins)
• Networking & provisioning (VPC, CloudFormation, Terraform)
• Deployment (EC2, AutoScaling, SQS, CodeDeploy, Route53)
• Containerization (Docker)
• Kubernetes, Helm
• Storage & search (RDS, S3, ElasticSearch, ElastiCache)
• Security (IAM, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, SNS)
• MySQL (RDS), DynamoDB
• CloudWatch
• CloudFront, CloudFlare
• Very appreciated but not essential if you have an CKA certification
