Retail Backoffice Specialist (M/F) who can speak fluently

-
the following languagues:


  • Danish***:
  • Finnish**
    Swedish:

  • Norwegian
You will be part of a team responsible for giving support to clients in order to help them solve issues related to different kind of situations


Your profile:


  • Native or fluent in
    one of the languagues above mentioned
    with
    English (mandatory);
  • Previous professional experience in Customer Care (preferential);
  • Comfortable with IT tools (e.g. Microsoft Office);
  • Resilience skills;

Schedules:
Monday to Sunday - rotative shifts between 7 am - 10 pm (8h/d) with two rotative days off per week
