    Senior Cloud EngineerPortoPorto, Porto District,

    Portugal Responsibilities:

    Design, implementation, and automation of- scale distributed systems both on prem and in cloudMaintain existing environments: on prem and cloudParticipate in planned maintenances and be a part of- call rotationParticipate in troubleshooting of possible issues on infrastructure and systems sideWork with Engineering teams to deliver high quality softwareImprove environments availability, observability, automate routine tasks via terraform, ansible, pythonRequirements:3-5+ years of DevOPS-SRE experienceExperience with Linux(any flavor)Experience with Prometheus and GrafanaExperience with config management tools such as Ansible, Puppet.


    Ansible is mandatoryExperience with CI/CD methodologies & tools:
    GitLab, GitHub, etc.

    Experience with Docker, Kubernetes2+ years of public cloud experience (Any cloud, preferable GCP)Experience with Infrastructure as Code (we are using Terraform)Experience with Incident Management Process, SRE best practices and continuous improvementsExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsStrong verbal and written communications skillsBS in Computer Science or equivalent experienceFive9 SharesBonus SchemeMedical InsuranceLife Insurance25 day Annual Leave + Public Holidays#LI-ND1#LI-HybridFive9 embraces diversity and is committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
