As a Customer Support you will:

Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i.e. troubleshooting, fraud order and returns)
Be knowledgeable about given offer and providing the product information eg.

" I would like to learn more about the features of the iron"

What are the differences between these devices before ordering
Answers delivery questions like: "I was expecting my product yesterday, but I have no news yet on the status of my issue"
What do we expect:
Fluency in French
Communicative English level
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer:

Possible start
:11/01:
Competitive salary and remuneration system:890€ gross x14 months
up to 100€ gross performance bonus
meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day (approx 145€ NET/month)
Working time frames: Monday-Saturday: 07:0021:00 (Portuguese time 8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week)
Sunday is always a day off:
Full time: 40h/5 days per week, rotating shifts
Training is provided at the beginning of the work
