We were born in 2013, and we provide services in the field of information technology.

We are looking for

Application Support/File transfer to join our company in one of our projects, in

Lisbon or

Porto.

Team:

Tasks:

Contribute to the analysis about new flow exchange providing the best tech solution;
Implement and/or follow up of new flow coding on Local Platform and central ones;
Support the testing phase until the rollout;
Facilitate the service transition to first level support teams;
Provide 3rd level support as technology experts;
Contribute to strategic central/ local projects.

Requirements:

At least 5 yearslong experience
General IT infrastructure knowledge;
Particular knowledge and experience in Windows (Windows server);
Network concepts;
IT working experience;
Good understanding of the ITIL norm especially Incident, Change and Request Management and practices;
File Transfer Open protocol, sftp, ftp and proprietary protocol (cft);
Relational database concepts' knowledge.
