Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the technical expert for D365, providing guidance on its implementation, customization, and optimization.
Understand internal clients' financial and business processes, and provide recommendations on how D365 can be used to support and improve these processes.
Configure, customize, and develop solutions within D365 to meet the business requirements.
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Perform data analysis and mapping, and design and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data accuracy.
Develop training materials and provide training to endusers to ensure successful adoption of D36
Thinking in the endtoend process, understand how data flows withing the landscape
Create needed stories to get decisions from senior stakeholders, lead escalations and come up with mitigation approaches.
Stay uptodate with the latest D365 developments and technologies, and proactively recommend enhancements and best practices to clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 36
Strong understanding of financial and business processes, and how they relate to D36
Experience with configuring, customizing, and developing solutions within D36
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
Experience with data analysis, mapping and designing and executing test plans.
Ability to develop training materials and provide training to endusers.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
