Your Main Activities Are
- This position is for a Business Management intern with some level of autonomy and ability to work effectively with colleagues and face stakeholders from other teams and functions
- Main areas of responsibilities are
- FOCUS users profile management (FOCUS Admin) & Access right Management in SAILPOINT
- Global Credit Portfolios / Hierarchy intendancy & Maintenance of trader Mandates in OPTIMUS
- Global Credit Marketing
- Contribute to how Global Credit is presented within Global Markets through the Global Credit website. Key tasks include maintaining & enhancing website quality
- Management Information reporting: Contribute to the preparation of Management Information packs including CC, PnL, Volumes and Headcount data
- Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for
Global Credit:
Assist the team which acts as a main point of contact for Global Credit BCP plan for the UK platform- Global Credit initiatives/Projects/Digitalisation: be involved in and contribute to initiatives/projects on behalf of the team.
Identify and propose automation of manual BAU tasksProfile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics or similar fields
- Some IT knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory)
- Good communication (both written and verbal) skills
- Team player and crosscultural awareness
- Willingness to learn and a proactive behaviour
- Capability to resolve issues and ability to work under pressure
- Handson, rigorous, meticulous and methodical

- The Global Credit Business Management organisation is a global team located in Lisbon, London, Paris, New York and Hong Kong, which contributes directly to business development and its sound operation. The team also facilitates and optimizes the interaction between Front Office and its Business Partners
