Our client is a well-known leading global engineering and electronic company working to build solutions for a better life. Its division of Service Solutions develops and delivers Customer Experience, Mobility, and Monitoring solutions for companies and their customers.

For their operation in Lisbon and to help them grow this division, we are looking for

-
Auto Repair Helpdesk Experts(M/F) who can speak fluently
-
one of the following languages & English for a full-time position.

Norwegian
Danish
Finnish
Polish
Swedish
Czech
Dutch

How can you help?

Analyse technical problems with cars and/or light goods vehicles (LGV) and/or heavy goods vehicles (HGV) of all brands and provide technical assistance to customers;
Follow defined work instructions and escalation processes for all possible types of incidents;
Track all incidents in our internal incident management system.
Establish good relationships with colleagues and customers to achieve a correct flow of information.

What do you need to have?

Education: Completed vocational education as a master mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician (mechanics and/or electronics), or auto service technician;
Experience and knowhow: Minimum 1 to 3 years;
One of the above languages with oral and written communication skills level C1 (minimum) and English oral and written communication skills level B2 (minimum) are required.
