is a group in strong national and international expansion, with an ambitious and demanding project, aimed mainly at the Oil & Gas, Mining & Cement and Heavy Industry sector, is recruiting a highly organized
Project Scheduler to implement project schedules of datacenters mechanical works.

Role Description:

Consulting with project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks;
Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling management System;
Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders;
Monitoring project timelines and deadlines;
Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner;
Evaluating performance and preparing project progress reports;
Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules;
Recommending actions to keep projects within budget, and completed on time;
Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining records.

Role Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in project management, or in a related field;
Experience in similar roles;
Experience in schedule planning and management;

- knowledge of the scope of projects within the industry;

Informatics software (Microsoft Office);
Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software
MS Project (mandatory), Primavera (Plus);
Knowledge of foreign languages (English advanced level, other languages plus);
Excellent organizational, timemanagement, and communication skills;
Immediate availability for a project in Norway.
