The Profile:


  • You are Proficiency in Dutch, and you are fluent in English (oral and written)
  • You enjoy interacting with people and have excellent communication skills
  • You have availability to work at least 40 hours a week in rotating shifts
  • You are open to learning about new computer software programs and customer management
  • You are able to work 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern

Your responsibilities:


  • Listen to customers' questions, providing the best possible answers and solutions
  • Solve concerns regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns
  • Provide information about products
