The Profile:

You are Proficiency in Dutch, and you are fluent in English (oral and written)
You enjoy interacting with people and have excellent communication skills
You have availability to work at least 40 hours a week in rotating shifts
You are open to learning about new computer software programs and customer management
You are able to work 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern

Your responsibilities:

Listen to customers' questions, providing the best possible answers and solutions
Solve concerns regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns
Provide information about products
