About the Company:
Makro is part of the METRO GROUP Wholesale & Food Specialist Company, present in 25 countries with more than 750 store points and 100,000 employees.
The Profile:
- You are Proficiency in Dutch, and you are fluent in English (oral and written)
- You enjoy interacting with people and have excellent communication skills
- You have availability to work at least 40 hours a week in rotating shifts
- You are open to learning about new computer software programs and customer management
- You are able to work 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern
Your responsibilities:
- Listen to customers' questions, providing the best possible answers and solutions
- Solve concerns regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns
- Provide information about products
