Responsibilities:

Supervise the distribution of employees, creating a weekly schedule and ensuring that all positions are filled;
Provide instructions for the preparation and execution of events (weddings, dinners, groups, among others), ensuring that everything runs in perfect condition.
Ensure that all service operates smoothly and that the current standards are met;
Address any issues, providing a solution with utmost urgency;
Distribute tasks among the team;
Be present at guest meals, ensuring total satisfaction;
Give directions to employees to improve the service provided to guests.
