Job Duties & Responsibilities:


The role of a
Production Supervisor is to manage the production performance, personnel issues and the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards of several Autonomous Production Groups (GAP).


The main missions of the role are to:

  • Lead the Quality Cost & Delivery (QCD)

Performance for designated groups:
Direct QCD initiatives; Drive actions for improvement; Manage Team Performance.

  • Manage the personnel issues of the assigned team: Ensure daily team management; Develop the team and Ensure that working conditions are fully compliant with Group HSE standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering.
  • 35 years of production experience.
  • Knowledge in Production Management, Quality Tools, HSE and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Team player.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Available to work by shifts.
