PRIMARY DUTIES:


  • Support operational activities of Intercompany financial closing and reporting; ensure all requirements are completed and delivered in a timely manner;
  • Support the process of I/C monthly accruals preparation;
  • Support Preparation of IC Preliminary and Final Reconciliations;
  • Support to issue Intercompany Invoices;
  • Support on the preparation of Intercompany aging reports;
  • Other tasks as required.
COMPLIANCE & others

  • Ensure adherence to HBF Intercompany accounting policy;
  • Maintain and develop SOX, as well as HB Fuller procedures compliance at all time;
