We are recruiting for a project with a technology brand who seeks to incorporate (full-time) a


Key Account Manager:
Retail Manager
(M/F), in Porto or Lisbon.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Promote the development of longterm relationships between customers and sales channels;
  • Provide a clear and structured vision of business needs, retail commercial activity, opportunities and competitors;
  • Design campaigns and define appropriate strategies for followup sales and negotiations;
  • Negotiate, coordinate and followup on commercial agreements and marketing plans;
  • Plan, direct and coordinate commercial strategies and marketing plans designed for different retailers;
  • Evaluate the results of the strategies and action plans defined and implemented;
  • Propose improvement actions in order to achieve the objectives defined by the client;
  • Monitor all results and activity and analyze the fulfillment of objectives;
  • Monitoring and budgetary control of projects (control of expenses and invoicing);
  • Project budget management.
  • Perform and evaluate reports from customers and teams.

Requirements:


  • Master's degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or similar;
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Leadership and Team Management (valued);
  • Experience with KAM or Project Manager in the Technology Sector (mandatory);
  • Knowledge of English and Spanish (valued);
  • Knowledge of Retail and Specialized Retail (valued);
