This traineeship is in an Organization which organizes Tours, Pub crawls and activities for tourists that visit Lisbon.

During the traineeship, the trainee is going to assist of the office work and will provide support on the organization and execution of several tasks related to Free Walking tours, Paid tours, Private tours, Boat trips, Dinners, Pub-crawl, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

Preference: Background in Tourism, Marketing, Communication or other related area
Communication and engaging skills and outgoing personality
Sales skills
Creativity, adaptability and proactivity

The company is always recruiting.

Availability to work during weekends and have days off during the week (2 days off a week included)

FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION:
Commissions according performance

TASKS:

Meeting point management and coordination: engagement with customers; promotion of tours; registration and report of meeting point data;
Promotion and Material delivery to partners and other businesses;
Supervision of Meeting point during the weekends and festive holidays in POrtugal; organising and managing the team; being prepared for any type of situation that can occur in the meeting point and solve it smoothly;
Organise meetings;
Contact with partners: service promotion, stock management, quality controller, help staff with enquiries; weekly report and suggestions for improvement;
Back office support tasks: weekly reports and evaluation of partnerships, guests and reports of meeting point;
To act as an ambassador for the business and improve the branding of the company;
Promotion of tours and pickups of guests at partner hostels

WORKING HOURS:40 hours per week
