Job Type:
Full-time contract.

Job Location:
Porto, Portugal.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Embedded hardware (schematic and layout) design;
Design of highly dense and small pitch hardware platforms;
Circuit analysis and simulation;
Plan, develop and document test plans based on requirements;
Hardware debug skills and electronics rework;
Collaborate with the embedded firmware and industrial design colleagues;
Experience using standard hardware laboratory equipment.

Personal Skills:

Academic Qualifications:

Academic Master's degree or equivalent academic qualification in the area of Electrical Engineering.

Other Skills:

Familiar with Design-ForCost & Design-ForManufacturing paradigms and PCB In-Circuit Test procedures;
Experience with hardware ECADs such as Altium or KiCAD;
Experience with circuit analysis such as Spice;
Experience with RF frontend systems;
Expertise with RF instrumentation (Spectrum Analyzer, VNA, Signal Generator,);
Experience with electromagnetic solvers such as Ansys HFSS or CST;
Embedded systems programming using C++ for bare metal and/or RTOS (Zephyr).

Professional Experience:

Experience in R&D projects, embedded electronics or IoT.
