The HR manager we are looking for will oversee the entire employee journey, from recruiting to retention and must have a comprehensive knowledge of Portuguese and German employment laws and regulations.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pinpointing current and inevitable vacancies within the company
  • Creating job descriptions and proposed salary structures for each opening
  • Extending a job offer to each prospective employee
  • Overseeing the onboarding processes of new employees
  • Implementing strategies to develop and retain employees

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in business, communications, or related field
- +5 years of experience as a hiring manager or a recruiter

  • Familiarity with German and Portuguese labour legislations
  • Excellent research skills
  • Topnotch interpersonal, problemsolving, and negotiation abilities
  • Capacity to mentor and develop new hires
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

It is a plus if you have:

  • Experience working at a SaaS company
  • Language skills in German, Portuguese, and/or Spanish
