Responsibilities:


  • Identify and recruit exceptional talent to strengthen our team.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies.
  • Actively participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other initiatives to enhance our employer brand.

Requirements:


  • Academic background in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude, resultsoriented, and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Passion for the television industry and software technology.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
