At the moment we are searching for a Customer Support Agent (M/F), in full-time, for project in italian and english, in Lisbon.

The selected person will do the following:

Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
Communicating with customers through various channels;
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints;
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions;
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints;
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary;
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Requirements:

Native or Proficient Italian and fluent English (minimum level C1);
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and team spirit;
Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus;
Attention to detail;
Prove you can work and make decisions with mínimal supervision;
Feel passionate about customer experience.

Working Hours:

8 hours a day in a rotating hours system from 07h00 to 22h00, between Monday and Sunday.
