Mission:


Drive growth for Heineken and Customers by translating and embedding business & category strategies for beer, water, cider, and other future beverage categories part of company portfolio based on Heineken Category Vision, using Category tactics supported by shopper, market and category insights.

Category & Shopper Marketing Manager

Your Responsibilities:


  • Strategically develop internally & with customers the business insights that can be integrated with overall business goals;
  • Support local market with business & channel insights that can drive value for our categories, products and customers;
  • Research business issues to understand and predict shopper behaviors;
  • Build reports to enable the understanding of Category Main Trends in Portugal or other Countries;
  • Turn insights into actions by analyzing, suggesting and evaluating category plans, upon customer's request. Uses market knowledge to facilitate the customer business planning process;
  • Provide insights and recommendations to Brand Managers, Marketing Managers and Key Account Managers in order to help optimize the company's performance;
  • Provide datadriven insights, analytics and recommendations to strategic customers to optimize longterm product growth by positively shaping the growth strategy;
  • Data-Driven analysis to support recommendation on initiatives to create value and its decision making
  • Understand the category role in order to propose merchandising recommendations to create value.

We want you to bring:


  • Degree or/and Master Management, Economics, Marketing or similar;
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience (part of the experience in leading FMCG companies);
  • 35 years experience within Trade Marketing and/or Sales roles;
  • Knowledge of Portuguese market and customers landscape;
  • Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills
  • Stakeholder management;
  • Proven skills on proactivity, influence and energy;
  • Organization & planning skills and attention to detail;
  • Portuguese (fluent);
  • English (minimum B2).
