What you will learn and contribute to
Are you passionate about solving problems?

As part of our team, you will:

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain a competitive MPS services portfolio incl. life-cycle ownership of roadmaps, processes, and tools. Create value proposition, costing and pricing guidelines
  • Develop and implement stateoftheart processes, delivery models, tools, and automation for digitalized services delivery for managed services' MPS portfolio
  • Manage portfolio required for multivendor optimization services across various domains (e.g. Radio, Transport, Core)
  • Leverage optimization to create opportunities for upselling nextgeneration managed operations i.e. operations intelligence
  • Safeguard adherence to services portfolio guardrails in the sell and delivery phase as per agreed measures/targets of BU/BL
  • Provide clear automation requirements, driving for the most effective solutions, the timely development, and deployment
  • Delivery model adherence with operations delivery (OD) markets and global delivery centers (GDCs), collect feedback and best practice for continued improvements
  • Drive MPS tool belt automation to maximize the value creation with deep data insights
  • Develop MPS servicesspecific capabilities; define, and implement competencies and certifications required for GBC (presales) and CX (sales)

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Proven record of making solid commitments and delivering on them, high degree of ownership and accountability for the outcomes.
  • Proven Clevel presentation and interaction skills (internally, customers, partners)
  • Ability to manage complexity, uncertainty, and ambiguity. High situational adaptability

  • Business Acumen: good understanding of network planning and optimization services across all technology domains. Additionally managed services business understanding is desired
  • Knowledgeable with cloudification models using big data and data analytics in MPS and managed services
