Main responsibilities:


Capex controlling
The jobholder will support the financial partner of all Facility Management and Real Estate Capital Expenditures within Airbus Commercial


He/she will:
- support the Building and Construction / General Services teams in the preparation and the optimisation of each Capex project file regarding all financial aspects of the project (business case, comparison of options, costing),
- ensure the adherence to the financial end-to-end process from the creation of a Capex file to the entry into service of the Capex,
- ensure communication and management of Capex financial master data (Booking codes and analytical structure ).

The jobholder will be in charge of delivering Capex Planning and Reporting for Airbus Commercial


He/she will:
- be accountable for the Planning for all countries under his/her scope including challenge loop and deep dives,
- be accountable for monthly Reporting for all countries under his/her scope including gap analysis,
- work with a strong collaboration with the Capex operational team,
- deliver the monthly Capex KPI's for the Facility Management and Real Estate performance dashboard,
- support Asset transfer requests and Asset inventory process on a case by case basis.


He/she will be in charge of the Planning and Reporting of the Depreciation cost of Airbus Commercial for Facility Management.


All Divisions Capex consolidation


The jobholder will be in charge of presenting the FMRE Group Capex Planning and Reporting (Airbus Commercial, Airbus Defence and Space and Airbus Helicopters) based on the inputs of Airbus Defence and Space and Airbus Helicopters finance teams.


Corporate Security controlling
The jobholder will also support the Corporate Security finance manager on Capex and Depreciation.

  • Accounting and Controlling background
  • Language: English mandatory, French or German is a serious plus
  • Good at drumbeating and coordinating
  • Willingness to support others / Team spirit
  • Continuous improvement mindset / Best practice sharing
  • Knowledge of SAP Business Warehouse and Excel/GoogleSheets is requested
