DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review website content & URLs thoroughly
- Make wellbalanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures
- Liaise effectively with other internal and client teams
- Meet the weekly targets set (KPIs)
- Prioritise the daily tasks in line with client's requirements
- Propose solutions to improve the support of user community
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/Fluent in Hebrew. Intermediate level in English.
- Previous experience in the same role within a contact centre (BPO) is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work on 24/7 shift rotation
- Excellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills
- Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Able to objectively evaluate and classify the content
