The Business Analyst (
BA) is the focal point between the IT team and the client's stakeholders.

The BA will be part of a team is comprised of Application Architects, Technical Lead and Quality Assurance engineers and will work to bring value to the client needs.


Key responsibilities and accountabilities:


  • Collects, validates, and drafts documents of Requirements/User Stories;
  • Collaborates with the internal teams to design, develop and implement new requirements;
  • Conducts meetings and presentations to assure commitment by both parties;
  • Ensures Solutions that meet business needs and requirements;
  • Helps to identify, risks and benefits;
  • Supports business transition and helps to establish change.

Qualifications:

Key skills:


  • A bachelor's degree in IT or related field;
  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
  • Good documentation skills, some technical skills is a plus;
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions;
  • Experience creating Reports/ Dashboards and giving presentations;

Good to have:


  • Some Knowledge of E-Commerce terminology;
  • Agile tool set (Jira, Confluence).
