The role:


Your profile:


  • You are proficient in Italian and fluent in English (B2)
  • You are happy to stay at least 6 months in sunny Lisbon
  • You have availability to work 40 hours a week (possibly weekend)
  • Previous experience in customer support

Your responsibilities:


  • Support customers with software functionality, system configurations and network settings
  • Provide accurate and realtime responses to the viewer's inquiries
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
