A Egor Empresa de Trabalho Temporário, através do Job Center de Setúbal, recruta Guest Service Assistance (m/f) para empresa cliente de referência localizada em Alcochete.
Funções:
Receção ao cliente;
Contacto direto com as operações, equipas de retail e marketing, cumprimentos de todos os requisitos de acolhimento ao cliente.
Assegurar que todas as questões apresentadas pelos clientes, seja via presencial, via telefónica, ou via email recebem o devido tratamento, através de uma resposta cordial, profissional e acolhedora;
Reportar todos os comentários/sugestões à equipa de gestão;
Providenciar aos visitantes todas as informações necessárias;
Assegurar que todas as áreas são sujeitas às respetivas manutenções;
Requisitos:
Experiência prévia em acolhimento/atendimento, nomeadamente em hotéis, laser e/ou industria hospitaleira;
Boas aptidões ao nível da comunicação;
Boa capacidade de resolução de problemas;
Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa;
Gosto pela atenção ao detalhe;
Boa capacidade para trabalhar sob pressão, com espirito critico e gestão de prioridades;
Disponibilidade para trabalhar por horários e folgas rotativas;
Condições Salariais:
Vencimento Compatível com a função;
Subsídio de Alimentação;
Subsídio de Turno;
Horário de trabalho: 09h-18h; 10h-19h; 13h-22h; 14h-23h
