Want to power forward a powerbrand? As an Junior Brand Manager at Reckitt, you'll have the freedom to make a big name even bigger.
Focusing on a dedicated market, you'll make your mark by making sure we do the same.

You'll:

You will work on the equity, innovation and activation plans for Consumer Health Care Brands, presented in Mass Market.
Propose and coordinate local activations plans ATL and BTL along with local agencies
Coordinate media plans, brand materials and innovation processes
Lead internal task forces, performance and sales meetings covering analytic results and proposing activation plans
Manage the Budget and P&L of your brands
Work with supply, trade marketing and sales teams to ensure business priorities.

You'll succeed because

You:

Have a solid background in sales or marketing
Have previous experience in FMCG (ideally) or Consumer Healthcare
Are creative and resilient problemsolver
Are a natural team player
Are comfortable wrestling with data to draw conclusions and suggest new strategic approaches.
