Looking for Shift Managers for our Burger King restaurant in the Gaia Jardim area.

Responsibilities:

- Operational leadership of the team;
- Planning and management of stocks;
- Customer interaction to ensure satisfaction;
- Proactive resolution of potential conflicts;
- Ensuring compliance with product and service quality standards;

Requirements:

- 12th-grade education level;
- Minimum experience of 1/2 years in similar roles (preferable);
- Knowledge of HACCP;
- Strong sense of responsibility and organization;
- Customer-oriented and results-driven;
- Good computer skills;
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays;
