Main Responsibilities:

Develop and implement standards, concepts, and tools to improve production efficiency in close collaboration with production engineering plant departments, as part of the Preh Global Manufacturing Operations department.
Analyze and review SAP data consistency for assigned work centers and equipment.
Generate routing change reports for all plants, analyze performed changes, prepare and moderate monthly routing change meetings.
Perform global crossaudits with the defined routing audit team.
Participate in ongoing routing and continuous improvement projects, with a particular focus on the MES project.
Develop dashboards and interfaces for several projects related to production indicators.

Required Competencies:

Commercial or technical studies with a focus on the production process and/or engineering;
Experience in the automotive industry, project management, or production engineering;
Analytical mindset with structured thinking and working method;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
Very good SAP, MS-Office skills and VBA knowledge appreciated;
Fluent written and spoken English skills;
German would be beneficial;
Team player with willingness to international travels.
