Your Main Activities Are
This role is responsible for the management and oversight of the dedicated team, collaborating with senior stakeholders, executives, and budget holders to deliver a range of initiatives to meet the Bank's strategic goals and objectives

Commercial management of transaction cost base for Fixed Income, Equities and Commodities businesses
Implementation of an effective framework to monitor brokerage fees per desk, broker, among others
Management reporting of fees and 3rd party relationships to Front Office management and heads of desk
Supporting and developing team capabilities through coaching and training
Attentive and continuous Performance Management to ensure success of the individuals, whatever their experience or performance level
Support Global Market/CIB in the optimization of the global cost base, by delivering savings while respecting sustainable development for targeted areas
Manage relationships with business stakeholders in order to fully understand business requirements and propose the strategic approach for category management of Brokerage and transaction fees
Contribute to the design of a suitable methodology to on‐board Brokers and monitoring of the risk, in conjunction with other functions and Front Office
Influence and manage internal stakeholder relationships ﴾typically, front office business managers, traders, heads of trading and operations), in particular to ensure that the Procurement processes are integrated in the Front to Back Global Markets processes and IT architecture
Production of bi‐annual and ad hoc fees reporting and studies to Front Office and business stakeholders ﴾using appropriate tools and systems
Creates and reports appropriate KPIs and KRIs for the GM scope (eg. Broker KRIs,) contributing to the various management oversight committees as required
Oversees the production of analytical studies by the BAU Brokerage team on the fees reporting and other studies with brokers and other GM vendors
Ownership and completion of any Audit Findings and recommendations for the GM scopes for Procurement on Brokerage Fees
Profile and Skills to Success

Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction or similar field

At least 7 years of Experience in Banking and Financial Markets

Excellent fluency in English

Strong knowledge of Financial Markets - Trading Products Knowledge and Transversal Financial Markets such as Equities, Rates or Forex products

Continuous Improvement Mindset

Ability to build relationships across organization

Ability to conduct a negotiation

Ability to anticipate business/strategic evolution

Ability to develop and leverage networks
