Why this job is important


The Reporting and Analytics CoE is a dynamic and integrated function delivering cross functional specialist services to the Kantar Business Services (KBS) organisation with a focus on enabling the Tower Delivery teams to drive operational excellence and an exceptional customer experience.

The role will report to the Reporting and Analytics Lead in the KBS and will be responsible for implementing the reporting and analytical strategy, delivery and services across Finance, HR and Procurement by providing insights on Kantar's business data.

What you'll be doing


We are looking for an Analyst that understands the business challenges and identifies data-driven business insights with effective presentation of findings.

The Analyst must leverage data to increase the efficiency by working closely with the business teams to drive optimization.


You will support the Data Insights team on understanding transactional data for performance management, variance analysis and ad-hoc queries from senior management.


Also, you will support the KBS Reporting and Analytics lead in the stabilization and growth of KBS Reporting & Analytics CoE, and the development of internal capabilities within the wider organization.

The skills & experience you'll need

  • Degree level education in Business Administration/Finance/Management/Economy/ Mathematic or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of business processes
  • Deep understanding of at least one of the following:
  • ERP Reporting Platforms (SAP, Oracle, IFS)
  • HR (Workday, Peoplesoft)
  • Procurement Business Systems (Coupa)
  • Awareness of Analytical and Visualisation tools ( Qlikview, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or Business Objects)
  • Budgeting and Financial Consolidation Solutions (Onestream, SAP BPC, Anaplan, Hyperion HFM)
  • Good report writing skills with native ERP and Business Systems report writing tools and BI Applications such as Business Objects, Oracle BI or Cognos.
  • Advanced Excel user, power query and power pivots
  • Has worked as part of a team involved in the month end close process and is diligent in meeting the required deadlines for this
  • Proven experience succeeding in complex, matrix and cross functional projects with the ability to inspire and influence across the organisation
  • Fluent English speaker, accurately able to read and write English and to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and management
