POSITION OVERVIEW
The Commercial Apps team at H.B.

Fuller is responsible for delivering great user experiences through secure, scalable technology, and enables processes that empower the business and help H.B.

Fuller achieve its mission. To do this, we collaborate deeply with the best minds and teams at H.B. Fuller that run our business.


This role will establish a strategic partnership with the commercial stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the business systems support the overall goals and objectives.

The role requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of Go-To-Market (GTM) business processes and technical aspects of CRM & eCommerce systems.


Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate their priorities into technical solutions, drive process simplification and alignment across system and business needs
  • Actively drive the development life cycle from requirements analysis, feasibility estimates, design, code, documentation, testing, implementation, and support.
  • Identify and lead the implementation of new solutions across our CRM & eCommerce systems to ensure that they are organized and delivered in a way to achieve maximum business value
  • Stay ahead of current and future technology trends that support our GotoMarket (GTM) teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Customer Success, and Professional Services.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
  • 10+ years of CRM systems experience, with 6+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform including managing projects/programs or implementation of Salesforce solutions
  • 2+ years at Manager level or above with leading CRM systems teams
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into a practical product roadmap.
  • Experience working with SaaS Software companies understanding the business model including product and pricing.
  • Solid experience with integration between multiple, highly complex systems
  • Excellence in verbal and written communication, articulation, and Stakeholder management skills including the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problemsolving skills
  • Fluent English skills: Verbal and Written
  • Business acumen.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing global teams.
  • Experience in Corevist, Amazon, and other eCommerce solutions
