Come and join one of the largest international companies in the area of personal, professional and industrial insurance as a
Bilingual Client Service Representative (M/F) for Lisbon to work
Monday to Sunday in rotative shifts
from 8am to 5pm.

MISSION:

As Client Services Officer:

You evaluate and managed customer claims.
Coordinate the direct billing process with international providers.
Handle a portfolio of clients with expatriates stationed worldwide.
Regulate health care costs for policyholders and third parties.
Processing eclaims and Invoicing.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Previous experience in the insurance or medical sector is an asset, and in international environment;

Fluent in French and English;

Good communication and teamwork skills;

Availabilityto work in rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday.

OFFER:

Direct Contract with the client:
Average monthly salary package of 1300€ gross (base salary + food allowance + transport allowance);
180€ gross bonus every 4 months;
Annual bonus of150€ gross;
Health Insurance;
Hybrid work:

2 days homeoffice and 3 days at the office.
