Renewables/ EM Innovation Center Project Manager

Mission

The Innovation Team is looking for a talented Renewables Innovation Project Manager to work on innovation topic alongside with GALP's Renewables Business Units.

Reporting to the Renewables Innovation Center Lead, the challenge will be to implement and develop BU innovation projects portfolio to accelerate the incorporation of new solutions, while fostering the culture's development that encourages innovation, entrepreneurship and collaboration.

What you'll do

Identify, create and execute renewables innovation projects, ranging from discovery, incubation and accelaration, across the BU.
Actively participate in management of Center's innovation portfolio to realize its targets with agility and speed
Leverage and enrich Galp's innovation ecosystem to establish robust partnerships with startups, corporate peers, etc., to cocreate and bring to market new technologies and solutions
Participate in ideation efforts to realize BU / Galp strategies and address end markets opportunities and customers unmet needs
Promote a digital first, innovation learning culture and knowledge management practice within the Center and Galp overall
Develop the BU innovation community
Engage key stakeholders across the organisation and leverage the ecosystem to ensure successful implementation of innovation projects
Lead multidisciplinary project teams to develop innovation projects into solutions that create value for the BU / Galp

What you'll need

Professional experience (up to 5y); technical background and experience in renewable energies: solar PV, Wind, Storage.
Experience in management of cross functional project involving many teams and "selling" solutions or new tools in BU context.
Graduation in Engineering (Energy or Renewables related, will be a plus);
At ease with uncertainty;
Digital native and emerging technologies understanding;
Resilient and can do attitude;
Strong social relations skills
Team player
Customer oriented;
Structured and analytical thinker, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
