As a result of the incredible growth of our client, we're looking for bilingual speakers to join us and one of the world's most well-known brands, as a Dutch Speaking Customer Specialist (M/F) - Call Center Agent, to work in Porto - Portugal.

Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers;
Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
Know the product/service well;
Process customer requests and complains;
Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database;
Increase customer loyalty by delivering a seamless experience.

Função:
Operador/a de call center - outbound

Requisitos:

Have a proficient or bilingual level of Dutch, and advanced level of English;
Have 6 months or 1 year of customer service experience;
Have call center experience;
Are living in or willing to relocate to Portugal;
Have flexibitity in terms of shifts;
Have effective communication skills and customer care skills ability to listen and understand the customers needs;
Have strong computer navigation skills (you don't need to be a pc nerd, don't worry);
Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
