On behalf of our client, a leading Customer Care Company in Portugal, we are currently looking for a self-driven
IT Analyst, to join its IT team in Lisbon.

Your day-to-day

Create and manage campaigns using the Company's software
Systems & Network management
Provide technical support for the Company's IT Infrastructure and to its users
Ensure the proper function of Information Systems (IS)
Ensure system availability
Ability to interact with Customers to define the solutions to be adopted
Identification of improvements

Requirements:

35 years of work experience
Solid knowledge of DB (MS SQL)
Solid knowledge of Altitude Software
Degree in Informatics or related area
