What role will you play?

Develop, implement and maintain the documentation of the project processes;
Assist with the preparation and delivery of project's PowerPoint presentations;
Coordinate and monitor project activities, deliverables, and milestones;
Ensure project documentation is uptodate, accurate, and accessible;
Perform quality control checks to ensure established standards are met;
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, meetings preparation and managing project calendar;
Coordinate workflow environment and track all program related deliveries;
Ensure effective cooperation with stakeholders;
Implement PMO guidelines and processes and manage respective functional organization.

We are looking for:

Bachelors or Masters degree;
Fluent in English;
Cognitive flexibility and Growth mindset;
Good communication skills;
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask;
Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team.
