About the job
Your Main Activities Are
Support on User enablement on single or multi-bank platforms (that includes creation, maintenance and removal of clients and the linked accounts and users)
Support in providing trainings/demos to internal users or clients
Assist in creating and maintaining articles within the related Knowledge Centres
Support on eCommerce Product Development projects and testing
Support on creation and maintenance of support material, user guides, training manuals, etc.
Profile and Skills to Success
High school
Advanced level of English, both written and oral
Knowledge in
- CRM Tools
- Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)Attention to detail / rigor
